30 May Good Deed: KCH Transportation offers a helping hand to the …
KCH Transportation is a local logistics company that has offered a helping hand during the uncertain times of the coronavirus pandemic.
The company has provided food for Erlanger, Parkridge and Vanderbilt medical workers who are on the front lines fighting the virus. Working closely with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the company has transported several loads of PPE gear all over the country. KCH also has partnered with Perfection Snacks to provide a load of 20,000 family-sized snack mixes to the Great Boston Food Bank.
Internally, KCH’s president, Jason Whitten, has donated more than $30,000 to his employees. Each week of the pandemic, Whitten has given KCH employees a $100 Goldbelly gift card to purchase a nice meal for their families.
Even as the pandemic continues, the KCH team wishes all citizens good health and encourages each individual to do a good deed to lift the spirits of all of those affected greatly during this time.
