AR school bus motorists report boost of unlawful death

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KNWA)-Arkansas school bus motorists just recently reported 884 circumstances of drivers unlawfully passing stopped

school buses in one day. This shows a boost from April 2018, when 3,258 bus chauffeurs representing 194 districts reported and took part 857 circumstances of prohibited passes. According to Act 166 of 2019, it is unlawful for vehicle drivers to pass a stopped bus with its red lights flashing, as trainees are getting on and off the bus at that time.
